From the Desk of Director
It is with great pride and commitment that I welcome you to the Office of the Director (Research & Extension) at Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur. As a central pillar of the university's academic and innovation ecosystem, the Research & Extension Office is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in research, collaboration, and community outreach.
Our primary mission is to support faculty members, researchers, and students in conducting impactful research that addresses national and global challenges. We aim to build strong partnerships with industry, government, and international academic institutions to encourage multidisciplinary research and knowledge transfer.
At the Research & Extension Office, we believe that innovation is born from inquiry and collaboration. We strive to create an enabling environment where creativity thrives, research is encouraged, and scholarly excellence is recognized and rewarded.
We are also committed to facilitating access to research funding, coordinating research initiatives, and organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs that contribute to the academic growth of our university community.
