Research interests
My major research interests lie in the area of metal thin films;metal and low-k interconnects and dielectric barriers;nanofabrication; characterization of optoelectronic materials and devices; I have worked on those topic during my PhD. Well, I am a so called student who wants to learn new things in the research field oflow-k materials and dielectric barriers, interconnects, also looking forward to grow an in depth knowledge on different film depositionmethods like PECVD, ALD etc. and characterization processes. Chemical processing/ lithographyare also the area I would like to work in the future which may help me to establish myself as a quality researcher.
